Tobacco Checks Show Licensees Doing Job

The Ohio Investigative Unit recently completed its 2006 fiscal year Tobacco Compliance Check Program. Enforcement agents began conducting compliance checks in February and completed the program in June. Investigative Unit agents completed 2,348 compliance checks, reporting back with a statewide compliance rate of 83.35 percent.
