Data: Patrol States See OVI Declines

WASHINGTON (PRNewswire) - New data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration shows that states that focused on roving highway patrols saw greater declines in alcohol-related fatalities tha states which employ sobriety checkpoints.According to NHTSA, alcohol-related fatalities fell by 34 nationwide from 2004 to 2005.
