Law On Take-Home Wine Now In Effect

Every year there are changes to Ohio's liquor laws and administrative rules that affect the industry, but, for the most part, go unnoticed by the general public. This year, however, legislation approved by the Ohio General Assembly regarding wine sales by retail permit holders is the topic of discussion everywhere, and will have a direct impact on permit holders and their customers.
