Temporary Closures Require Division 'Authority'

It is important that any holder of a liquor permit notifies the Division of Liquor Control when the permit business will be temporarily closed. The Liquor Control Act mandates that if a permit holder will be closing the permit business ""for a period in excess of 30 days,"" then the Division of Liquor Control must be notified.
