Bill Would Allow Votes Targeting Partial Precincts

COLUMBUS - A recently introduced bill in the Ohio House of Representatives would give voters the option of prohibiting alcohol sales in only part of a precinct in local option elections, as opposed to creating a completely dry precinct.On Oct. 12, Rep. Mike Foley, a Cleveland Democrat, introduced House Bill 670 after discussing the issue with Cleveland City Councilwoman Dona Brady.
