Castle Brands Acquires Small-Batch Bourbon Maker

New York - Castle Brands Inc. last month acquired McLain & Kyne Ltd., a Louisville, Ky.-based developer and marketer of premium small batch bourbon brands. Castle Brands acquired 100 percent of the capital stock of McLain & Kyne, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of Castle Brands. The McLain & Kyne portfolio features three distinctive premium bourbons: Jefferson's Reserve, Jefferson's and Sam Houston.
