Equality Must Exist Between Wine Shippers

The United States Supreme Court ruled last year that ""state policies are protected under the 21st amendment when they treat liquor produced out of state the same as its domestic equivalent."" The court was asked to decide, under the 21st amendment, whether states may pass laws allowing in-state wineries to ship wine directly to consumers in that state, but prohibit out-of-state wineries from doing so.
