Be Ready To Pay For Gambling On Machines

In the May 16, edition of Ohio Tavern News, an article I wrote alerted permit holders to ""seek legal advice"" before placing skill-based amusement machines in their permit premises. On Oct. 31, Ohio Attorney General Jim Petro issued a formal opinion stating that an amusement machine that uses a ""governor"" which controls prizes awarded to players is not a skill-based amusement machine.
