In OVI Case, All Elements Must Be Weighed To Determine Probable Cause

COLUMBUS - The 10th District Court of Appeals recently held that in order to determine probable cause for an OVI arrest, the ""totality of the circumstances"" must be taken into account and not the individual weight of each factor relied upon by an arresting officer.
