The Smoke Clears

The air has finally been cleared on the issue of smoking in public places in Ohio.Voters overwhelmingly rejected a compromise effort which would have preserved smoking in taverns and certain other hospitality venues, while at the same time supporting a measure which institutes a total ban on indoor public smoking.
