MADD Interlock Plan Gets Mixed Reaction

WASHINGTON - Mothers Against Drunk Driving last month launched a national campaign targeting drunken drivers which is pitting several beverage alcohol groups against one another.Included in MADD's ""Campaign to Eliminate Drunk Driving"" is a call for full implementation of current alcohol ignition interlock technologies, including efforts to require alcohol ignition interlock devices for all convicted drunken drivers.
