Smoking Rules To Affect Virtually All Businesses

As many are now aware, Issue 4, the reasonable smoking ban for which the Ohio Licensed Beverage Association fought, was turned down in favor of Issue 5, a total ban, by Ohio voters on Nov. 7. OLBA has received many phone calls from members expressing their frustrations as small business owners.
