COLUMBUS - Members of some private clubs will be allowed to smoke in their facilities under draft enforcement rules for the statewide smoking ban proposed last month by the Ohio Department of Health. The exemption would allow members of veteran's and other private clubs to smoke provided there are no non-members or children under 18 present.
