ABL OFFICERS - Kevin O'Laughlin of Charlie's in Terre Haute, Ind., was elected president of the American Beverage Licensees during the association's recent annual convention in Las Vegas. Other new officers elected by the ABL board included David Jabour of Twin Liquors in Austin, Texas, vice president; Bob Sprenger of Bubba's in Marion, Wis., vice president; Chuck Ferrar of Bay Ridge Wine & Spirits in Annapolis, Md.
