ORA Names O'Toole Managing Director, Member Services

COLUMBUS - Shellie O'Toole recently was named managing director, member services, for the Ohio Restaurant Association. Her focus in the new position will include recruiting and retaining members, enhancing member services and developing sponsorships.Prior to joining the ORA, O'Toole served as director, convention sales and convention services for Experience Columbus. She has more than 20 years of hospitality industry experience.
