Senate OKs F-8 Permit Bill

COLUMBUS - The Ohio Senate last month passed legislation which would create a new temporary permit which could be issued annually to ""certain nonprofit organizations,"" among them the group which operates the Ohio State Fairgrounds.The F-8 permit created by Senate Bill 102 would allow the sale of beer and intoxicating liquor at events occurring throughout the year on public space managed by the qualifying organization.
