COLUMBUS - Adult businesses in Ohio plan to go to court to challenge a bill designed to place statewide restrictions on ""sexually oriented businesses,"" including strip clubs and adult book stores.Gov. Ted Strickland on May 22 announced he would let Senate Bill 16 become law without his signature.
