COLUMBUS - Attorney General Mark Dann's office recently approved its first skill-based amusement device, although there remains a question of whether the machine will ever see legal play in Ohio.Dann's office on May 22 notified an attorney representing Castle King LLC that its game ""Match Um Up"" qualifies as a skill-based game under state law, following an examination by the AG's expert, Gaming Laboratories International.
