It is here that the chelada was born. Chelada, which loosely translates as ""cold one,"" originated in Mexico in the 1950s. The recipe called for a light beer poured over ice with a squeeze of lime and a hint of salt for added refreshment. The chelada is the inspiration for Miller Chill. More than just a refreshing beer, it's a refreshing take on beer.
