Lawyer: Firing Employee Can't Save Licensee From Citation

COLUMBUS - The Ohio Liquor Control Commission argued before Supreme Court justices last month that a Dayton-area strip club is attempting to broaden the scope of a liquor statute, a move that would result in preventing convicted felons from working in businesses holding liquor licenses.
