Restrictions Target Sexually Oriented Businesses

All permit holders should be aware that recently enacted Senate Bill 16 could affect the manner in which adult entertainment is lawfully conducted on your permit premises. Granted, only those businesses that allow sexually oriented entertainment, activity where performers appear nude or semi-nude, will fall within the ambit of this new legislation.
