Skill Games Law Plays Out In Appeal

COLUMBUS - A Franklin County appellate court recently reversed judgment in favor of the Ohio Liquor Control Commission, which asserted a lower court abused its discretion when it determined a skill game, subsequently banned in Ohio bars and taverns, met the legal requirements of the newly enacted House Bill 177.
