FAIRPORT, N.Y. (PRNewswire-FirstCall) - In an effort to concentrate on higher-margin mid-premium spirits brands, Constellation Brands Inc. last month sold its value spirits business to New Orleans-based Sazerac Co. Inc. for $334 million.
