COLUMBUS - In the wake of complaints of lost business by some small business owners, a state senator earlier this month introduced legislation to modify Ohio's smoking ban. The bill's sponsor, Sen. Robert Schuler (R-7, Cincinnati) said Senate Bill 120 is not an attempt to get rid of the smoking ban, but rather to codify the law.
