Court Says Licensee's Comments Doom Case

COLUMBUS - A Franklin County appellate court found that a Mansfield bar owner's statements against the public smoking ban and his attempts to argue his business was exempt from the Smoke Free Workplace Act was sufficient to support that he had acted intentionally in flouting the law.
