Bill Allows Liquor Tastings

COLUMBUS — Legislation signed by Gov. John Kasich last month will allow contract liquor agencies to sell tasting samples of spirituous liquor.

Tasting opportunities also are expanded for holders of A-1 and A-3A permits under House Bill 243. Kasich signed the bill Dec. 21 after the Ohio House of Representatives and Senate reached concurrence on the measure a week earlier.
