Bill Cracks Down On Liquor Law Violators

COLUMBUS — Legislation introduced in the Ohio House last month mandates that the Ohio Division of Liquor Control deny issuing or renewing a liquor permit to permit holders with liquor law violations.
House Bill 460 would require the division to refuse to issue, renew or transfer the ownership or location of a retail liquor permit if the permit holder or applicant has violated any liquor control laws.
