Resolution, Bill Honor State's Wine Industry

COLUMBUS — State Reps. Ron Young and Casey Kozlowski are taking a two-pronged approached to recognizing the state’s thriving “wine renaissance.”

Young, R-Leroy, and Kozlowski, R-Pierpont, are championing efforts to have the month of June designated as Ohio Wines Month.

The pair introduced House Concurrent Resolution 40 and House Bill 491 into the legislature last week.

In sponsor testimony for both proposals before the House Commerce and Labor Committee, Kozlowski explained the purpose of introducing the initiative in both a resolution and a bill.
