Walk the straight line, say the alphabet, finger to the nose with eyes closed standing on one foot and the breathalyzer are a few roadside tests administered by the police in order to make their decision about a driver’s sobriety.

We don’t need to administer any tests.

In the few moments it takes to ask, “How are you tonight?” and “What can I get you?” we can pretty much detect any and all intoxicated people every time, no matter how many customers are waiting for service at any particular point in time.

OK, I’m being a little sarcastic, if you haven’t noticed.
