COLUMBUS — A suit challenging the constitutionality of Ohio casinos and video lottery terminals in racinos was dismissed last month after the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas found the plaintiffs lacked standing to bring the action.

The court rejected arguments from Ohio Roundtable, an anti-gambling group, and 19 individuals, finding that they failed to show actual injury in their claims that the casinos were unfair to parents of public school children, gambling addicts, businesses in other industries and those interested in running their own casinos.
