COLUMBUS — The 10th District Court of Appeals recently ruled a lower court acted appropriately in not renewing the liquor permit for a bar that was the site of frequent incidents requiring police involvement.
The three-judge appellate panel affirmed the Ohio Liquor Control Commission’s decision not to renew a liquor permit for Jeff’s Place in Columbus because guns and shootings resulted in police runs about once every three days.
