Ohio Restaurants Expect Slight Uptick In Hiring

COLUMBUS — Restaurants around Ohio are expecting to have a busy summer, according to hiring projections released by the National Restaurant Association.
Ohio restaurants are expected to hire 19,900 workers for the summer, a slight increase from the 19,700 hired last year, according to the restaurant group.
That’s good news for an industry that’s suffered deeply from the recession and ensuing slow economic recovery.
