Ohio Homebrewers Among Nation's Best

SEATTLE — Four Ohio homebrewers won medals, including a gold medal, at the recent National Homebrew Competition here.

The competition, held in conjunction with the National Homebrewers Conference, attracted 7,800 entries in 28 style categories.

Gautam Bagchi of Columbus, a member of the Scioto Olentangy and Darby Zymurgists,  took first place from among 237 entries in the German Pilsner category.
