DONE DEAL — The Supreme Court of Ohio last month said it will not reconsider its ruling declaring the state’s workplace smoking ban constitutional. According to the Associated Press, the court denied a request by Columbus permit holder Dick Allen to revisit its May ruling on the ban. The 1851 Center for Constitutional Law, on behalf of Allen’s business, Zeno’s Victorian Village, unsuccessfully argued that the ban should be enforced against smokers, not businesses. Zeno’s was cited 10 times for smoking ban violations and faced more than $30,000 in fines.
