Old Or New, Ohioans Love Their Bourbon
Kris Comstock said he usually gets two reactions when people try Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey — once described as “one of the world’s great whiskeys” — for the first time.
“The first reaction is ‘Wow, that’s smooth.’ The second is they go back for another sip,” said Comstock, Buffalo Trace Distillery brand manager. “We are becoming increasingly popular and it’s very exciting.”
Launched in 1999, Buffalo Trace is distilled in Frankfort, Ky., at the oldest continuously-operating distillery in the nation.
