Justices Decline To Hear JobsOhio Case

COLUMBUS — The Supreme Court of Ohio last month said it did not have jurisdiction to rule on the constitutionality of the legislation creating JobsOhio or to force the director of the Ohio Department of Commerce to sign an agreement transferring profits from Ohio liquor sales to the governor’s new jobs creation entity.
