2 Columbus-based Bourbons Hit The Market

COLUMBUS — Two of the newest spirits products available in Ohio are produced about two miles apart here on opposites sides of the Olentangy River.

Both of the capital city’s microdistilleries — Watershed Distillery and Middle West Spirits — released bourbon whiskeys in late October that are available this month. It is the first bourbon for either distillery; each has a portfolio of other artisan distilled spirits, including vodka, gin and wheat whiskey.
