When it comes to drink recipes, many bartenders have found success in taking what’s old and making it new again.
“Even something simple like adding a flavored syrup to a classic cocktail can really bring a modern twist to an old-school recipe,” said Keith Egert, bar manager for The Jury Room in Columbus.
“Infusions are a great way to keep things fresh. This summer, I had a Mojito on the cocktail menu but substituted house-infused grapefruit gin instead of the classic white rum.”
