COLUMBUS — Veterans and fraternal organizations are going all in on recently introduced legislation that would allow their members to conduct “charitable video bingo” on their premises.

House Bill 325 would allow charitable video bingo by tax-exempt veterans, fraternal and sporting organizations. Introduced in late October by Rep. Rick Perales (R-73, Beavercreek), the measure establishes licensure requirements for charitable video bingo game operators and distributors, and establishes the Charitable Video Bingo Council to oversee such gaming.
