AG's Office Begins Raffle Crackdown

COLUMBUS — Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine’s office earlier this month began inspections of  electronic raffle machine operators.

Beginning Dec. 15, investigators from the attorney general’s office began inspections of organizations and locations believed to be operating the electronic raffle machines. Those found to be in violation may face civil action from the AG’s office or be referred for criminal prosecution.
