At the beginning bartender level, you may be a tad overwhelmed with what you must remember behind the bar. A string on a finger doesn’t work here. Find ways to get your memory to serve you right.

A few of the what-nots

Reorganize to remember: String a long cocktail order together by remembering the liquor drinks first, then beer and wine and then pops. Don’t try to remember, for example, “an orange juice and vodka”; remember screwdriver.
