GUINNESS — The beer is the Official Beer of Notre Dame Fighting Irish alumni and fans, a group that numbers more than 40 million across the U.S. Former Fighting Irish quarterback Joe Montana is the national ambassador for the seven-year partnership, which features special edition Notre Dame 8-packs.

SMITH BOWMAN — Isaac Bowman Port Finished bourbon and John J. Bowman Single Barrel Virginia bourbon were awarded gold medals at the 2020 American Whiskey Masters, while Bowman Brothers Small Batch Virginia bourbon won a silver medal.

TRES AGAVES — The line of organic tequila and mixers was acquired by Trinchero Family Estates. The portfolio includes 100 percent de Agave Blanco, Reposado and Anejo tequilas; Lime Margarita, Strawberry Margarita, Bloody Mary and Agave Nectar cocktail mixers; and 100 percent de Agave Lime Margarita ready-to-drink cocktails.

BUFFALO TRACE — Brands from the distillery winning a Master Medal at the American Whiskey Masters included Col. E.H. Taylor, Jr. Small Batch bourbon, Eagle Rare 10 Year Old bourbon, Col. E.H. Taylor, Jr. rye, Stagg Jr. bourbon and Weller CYPB bourbon, while gold medals went to Buffalo Trace bourbon, E.H. Taylor Single Barrel bourbon, Weller Special Reserve bourbon, Weller 12 Year Old bourbon, Weller Full Proof bourbon, Old Weller Antique 107 bourbon, Old Charter Oak French Oak bourbon and Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel bourbon.

PADDY’S — The Irish whiskey won a gold medal and was named the Best Blended Irish Whiskey at the 2020 International Whisky Competition, and took silver in the Best Irish Whiskey category.

CORONA — Snoop Dogg is featured in the brand’s new “La Vida Más Fina” campaign, which unites the entire brand family. Translated as “the Fine Life,” the fully-integrated La Vida Más Fina campaign features a dedicated GIPHY library, digital support, public relations and 15- and 30-second television commercial spots.

SAZERAC — The three medals in the Best Canadian Whisky category at the International Whisky Competition 2020 were awarded to Royal Canadian Small Batch, gold; High River Canadian Whisky, silver; and Caribou Crossing Single Barrel, bronze.

TALISKER — The single malt Scotch is partnering with the Billion Oyster Project, a New York City-based oyster reef restoration and public education nonprofit organization, supporting its Shell Collection Program, along with funding and sponsorship of community events.

MISUNDERSTOOD — The whiskey is the first domestic brand to join Sazerac’s 375 Park Avenue spirits portfolio.

MISADVENTURE & CO. — The San Diego distiller is donating a portion of its proceeds from sales of its hand sanitizer to fund COVID-19 research.
