Mixed Up! Winners

Tara Gillum (right), of Steiner’s Speakeasy in Chillicothe, celebrates her victory in the Mixed Up! cocktail competition at the recent Mid-America Restaurant Expo with finalists Keith Tadad (left) of The Guild House in Columbus and Jessica George of The Avenue in Dublin. Based on the classic gin-based “The White Lady,” Gillum’s winning cocktail, “Let’s Go Girls,” uses pomegranate liqueur and a Champagne foam to create a new flavor profile and a pale pink color.
